Returns Policy
Flaxx Medical the NZ importer and distributor for Efemia Bladder Support is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If the product is faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will exchange it or refund your purchase price using the same method for payment received.
Flaxx Medical has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14-day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not have to give you a refund if:
- you decide you do not want or no longer require the goods;
- you purchased an item for someone else that they do not like or already have;

Faulty Products
Flaxx Medical takes great pride in supplying New Zealanders with high quality Swedish and German medical supplies.
However, in some extremely rare cases our manufacturing suppliers do not always get it right. Sometimes our customers may receive faulty products, and if this happens, we will put things right.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at: sales@flaxx.co.nz with your order number and we will arrange free return and an exchange or refund.
Can I exchange a product?
Due to the personal hygiene nature of Efemia Bladder Support, we cannot accept exchanges on any product unless you received the wrong item, or the exchange is covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act.
