If this is your first time to trial Efemia, we recommend you start with the 'Start Set' which includes all three sizes (30mm, 35mm, 40mm). This will enable you to try all sizes at home during activities when you would usually experience leakage of urine (incontinence).

Once you have found the size that works for you, the 'replacement' is used moving forward every 3 months.
